Services & Booking Policy

APPOINTMENTS
Confirming your appointment via replying to the Reminder Message, which will be send to your phone number the day before, is absolutely essential to hold on to the appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving so we can be sure to best accommodate your schedule.
 
TARDY ARRIVALS
We strive to be on time for our guests and kindly ask that you treat your appointment time with that same respect and punctuality. If you know you will be unable to make your appointment at its scheduled time, please call ahead. The Nail Bar Murray Bridge will be unable to take any guests who arrive any later than 10 minutes for their appointment.
 
CANCELLATIONS
In consideration of our other guests and our staff we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or a $10 fees will be charge per service booked. A deposit is required to hold any appointments valued over 150$, or group booking of 3 and above.

NO-SHOWS
We understand life happens, however in order to accommodate everyone in a timely manner we have a strict policy regarding no shows. Missing an appointment imposes a great inconvenience since your stylist is here to serve you and only you at that time. Contacting us to cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time allows us to offer your appointment to another guest. Any guest who consistently no-shows for more than three times (3) will no longer be able to schedule an appointment with us. Any no-shows appointment a $10 charge per services booked will be issued to the account and we cannot schedule anymore appointment unless paid. 
  
CHILDREN (HUMAN AND FUR-BABIES)
While we enjoy having every member of your family in our home, due to the dangers a salon can pose, any children or fur-babies accompanying you must not be a distraction to either you or your stylist. Fur-babies must remain on a leash at all times. 

                                                             
Service & Refunds

  1. If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. In which case, you must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.
  2. We will not be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails. If you damage the original design a charge will apply for the repairs. We will charge for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage as the result of ordinary wear and tear, or lack of care for the products in that they are broken, chipped or started to lift. If you have any questions on how to care for your nails please consult with our Nail Technicians.
  3. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
  4. We will re-do or re-move any service for you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
  5. As soon as you have paid for your service that means you have accepted and are happy with the services we provided. 
  6. Our price is reflecting on the service done and not the original quote, if the scope of work done is different to the original quotation then price our price will change accordingly. If you have any concern about agreed price please let our team member know prior to service.
