We have just made the move to Fresha, an online booking software that we will use to manage your appointments, across all of our locations.
This means that you will start to see new booking notifications as well as see some changes to our online Cancellation and No Show policy.
What you need to know:
Fresha uses the Ayden payments network, the same network that Uber, McDonalds, Spotify, eBay and many, many more. This means your details are super safe both when you purchase with us online or in-store. Your privacy is our promise.
New Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment, we will ask you for your card details to secure your appointment. There is no upfront fee for your appointment however, in the event that you cancel your appointment within 24hours you will be charged 20% for the late cancellation.
Similarly, we will charge 50% for not turning up.
We know this partnership brings change however, booking online, notifications and managing your appointments will only become easier for both us here at The Nail Bar & Beauty Co and for you.
