Recipe #1: Nourishing Avocado Hand Mask
Avocado Hand Mask

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of raw honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of yogurt

Direction:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender
2. Apply to your hands evenly
3. Wrap your hands in latex gloves/cloth gloves/small towels to allow the mask to penetrate the skin more effectively
4. Leave on for 10-20 minutes
5. Unwrap and rinse off the access

3. Wrap your hands in gloves or towels to allow nutrients to penetrate the skin more effectively
4. Leave on for 10-20 minutes 
5. Wash the mask of with water

Blending aloe vera gel with honey will attracts more moisture, making this recipe highly effective in treating dry hands.

Recipe #3: Whitening Citrus Hand Mask
Lemon & Baking Soda Hand Mask

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of pure lemon juice 
2 tablespoons of raw honey
2 tablespoons of baking soda

Direction:
1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl 
2. Apply to your hands evenly 
3. Allow the mask to sit for 5-10 minutes
4. Unwrap and rinse off the access
